Clinical Oversight: All retainers sold via this platform are prescribed and approved by a registered dental professional, as required by the General Dental Council (GDC). Customers must provide accurate impressions and any relevant clinical history to ensure safe and effective use.

Custom Medical Device: As each retainer is a custom-made Class IIa medical device, it is non-refundable once manufactured, except in cases of manufacturing fault.

Eligibility & Age Requirements: You must be over 18 and confirm that you are not currently receiving orthodontic treatment from another provider unless advised otherwise by a dental professional. Retainers are not suitable for anyone with untreated dental issues or active periodontal disease.
