    Keep your retainers clean, fresh, and long-lasting with these simple tips:

    1. Rinse After Every Use
    Always rinse your retainers with lukewarm water as soon as you take them out. This prevents saliva and plaque buildup.

    2. Clean Daily
    Gently brush your retainers using a soft toothbrush and mild, non-whitening toothpaste or unscented soap. Avoid using hot water — it can warp the plastic.

    3. Deep Clean Weekly
    Soak your retainers once a week in a non-alcohol-based retainer cleaner or a mix of lukewarm water and retainer-safe cleaning tablets. Avoid harsh household cleaners or mouthwash.
